Flour & Hearth Society Membership Policies

Membership Access

When you join the Bebe’s Bakes Membership, you receive immediate access to the current month’s content and the private community. New monthly content drops on the 1st of each month. Your access remains active as long as your subscription is active.

Billing Terms

Your card will be charged automatically each month on the same date you originally signed up. Example: If you join on the 12th, your monthly payment will process on the 12th of each month. You may update your payment method at any time through your account portal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime — no questions asked. When you cancel, your access stays active through the remainder of your current billing period, and no future payments will be charged. Because digital content is delivered immediately, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once your payment has processed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership, all payments are final and non-refundable once charged.

Privacy + Community Guidelines

Your privacy matters. Any personal information collected at purchase (name, email, payment details) is used solely for managing your subscription and delivering membership content. Payment information is stored securely by our payment processor; Bebe’s Bakes does not store credit card details.

Inside the community (FB group or platform), members agree to:

Be kind and respectful
Keep shared information within the group
Refrain from harassment, promotion, or selling to other members
Respect others’ creative work and opinions

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

Intellectual Property

All recipes, videos, downloads, printables, and content included in your membership are the property of Bebe’s Bakes and are for personal use only. Content may not be shared, sold, republished, or distributed outside the membership without written permission.
